I’ve always been bad with hydration and never hit the daily allowance of fluids.  But I  started the body coach sss90day plan and need to drink 2 1/2 – 3 lites a day so needed to do something about it.   I was born with one kidney so its essential I do keep hydrated! I now drink 2 -3 of these a day with ease. Sometimes add a bit of lemon too.   Haven’t drunk squash or fizzy drinks for weeks 🙂

I saw other people’s pictures of  Instagram and thought they looked brill so took the plunge. Now everyone at work has them!  It’s so easy to keep up with you fluids with the reminder on the bottle.
