Lemon and mint are both good for the digestion and act as a good cleanser for the body. This drink is very refreshing during and after exercise.
Makes: Up to 2 bottles – for 1 bottle, simply halve the recipe. Making 2 bottles at a time prevents fruit wastage.
- 4 large unwaxed lemons, cut into slices
- 5 sprigs of fresh mint
- 150g mixed frozen berries
Tip the berries into your water bottle.
Slice the lemons thinly – for this recipe, you can leave the skin on.
Tear some of the mint leaves, and alternate layers of lemon and mint in your HydrateM8 bottle.
Leave in the fridge until required. Agitate the bottle before drinking to mix up the infused water.
Tastes great when out on the morning run!
